POM Safe Return & Refund Policy

We provide a 30 day no questions asked (though we welcome honest feedback on where we messed up and how we can improve, don't hold back please!).

To be eligible for a return, your POM Safe device must be close to the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging.

Should you have any issues with your POM Safe device and support verifies the issue, we will immediately send you a replacement device with expedited shipping. Please return the original POM Safe device so we can figure out what happened!

If you have the stolen or lost replacement policy we will also send you a replacement.

Once we receive your POM Safe device, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on your refund which will be issued to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Should you need to return your device, once you have contacted support, we will send you a shipping label at no cost.
